FAQs

How do I retrieve my tickets?

1. To retrieve your event tickets logon to your account at the Freo Nash Hash 2025 website (https://www.freonashhash2025.com).
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Events.
4. Use drop down arrow to select your Event (or if using mobile select "Order Details" then click on arrow to expand information).
5. Click on Download Tickets.
6. Click on black box "Download Tickets"
7. Your tickets will download to your downloads folder on your laptop/PC (or if using mobile, will display on your phone).

Can I transfer my Registration (ticket)?

Yes. The hasher you are transferring the registration to (BUYER) needs to create a site logon and then complete the registration process and click SUBMIT but not pay. The BUYER will then receive an email with a ticket with a status of "NOT PAID". You (SELLER) will then need to email the Registrations Manager at regosfreonashhash2025@gmail.com advising who you have transferred the registration to (real name and hash name) and that the BUYER has paid you. The Registrations Manager will then cancel the SELLERS ticket and update the BUYERS ticket as "PAID".

Is there a theme for Nash Hash 2025?

Yes. Friday night is club colours as usual. Saturday is “Naughtycal”.

Are under 18-year-olds able to attend the event?

Unfortunately, no. This is an 18 + event

Where is the Friday and Saturday night party?

Fremantle Prison, 1 The Terrace, Fremantle

Where is the registration venue?

The Registration venue is Bar Orient, 39 High Street, Fremantle.

What's included in my Registration?

A great opportunity to catch up with hash friends from around Australia at a fantastic location.
Food, drinks and entertainment Friday and Saturday night.
Saturday lunch.
Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Sunday afternoon drinks.
Transport to and from run sites.
Snacks and drinks at run sites Saturday and Sunday.
Goodies bag including a shirt.
Our costs of hosting the event are many but include venue and facilities hire (including toilets, furniture and fencing), serving staff, security, entertainment, food, liquor, licences and permits, insurance and website hosting.
Nash Hash 2025 is being run as a non-profit event with any surplus funds remaining from our contingency allowances predominantly used as seed money for whoever is hosting Nash Hash 2027.
